Searching around this forum and other websites I found out it seems the default configuration is to unload your application if it haven't been accessed for a certain amount of time. This is pretty annoying and I'd like to turn it of.

I read you need to be on the STANDARD PRICE TIER at least (I'm on S2) and turn on ALWAYS ON in the application settings (also done that). I've done both of those things but the first load still clocks at 20 seconds consistently every time.

So how can I turn this option of to improve the first request timing to an acceptable number (around 2 seconds)?

What is the URL for your app?  I don't think this should be happening if you're on S2.
