Hi,

Maintain the discount price information irrespect of product in databases respect to users. Here you need to take care of best design of your databases so that you can call this tables for logged in users and show the pricing information your sharepoint site.

Here you need 2 calls one is to get the commerce server catalog pricing and the other one is two get the discounted pricing information from your custom tables.

Once you have the discuont pricing information that is upto your design whethe displaying of catalog pricing respect to each product.

I have implemented this in one of my project.
