I have a questions concerning charged shipping costs after a discount has been subtracted.

如果篮子数量高于29,16（不含税），我们免费运送。现在我已经为每个订单创建了4,17欧元的"折扣"（没有最低订单）。

我遇到的问题是，Commerce Server现在增加了2,46的运费折扣减少29,16以下的篮子数量。但是运费应该是免费的，因为没有折扣的订单价值比29,16更高

Total order:      33,32 (which is higher than 29,16 - the free shipping limit)

Shipping charge    2,46 (and now Commerce Server adds the 2,46 shipping charge which is wrong as the total order amount was higher than 29,16)

Can you try with changing the priority of the discounts , mean set higher priority to shipping discount to order discount.
