Hi,

I am trying to call GetThings API using XML post, but it fails with timeout.

When I don't provide correct parameters like "missing record-id" I get an error. But when the request is valid it just doesn't return and finally it times out.

I tried other APIs and they all work fine.( GetPersonInfo, GetThingType etc )

Only GetThings is timing out.

What's the query filter you're specifying in the GetThings call and how much data is in the record? Querying for a single type (i.e Allergy) for example shouldn't results in timeout. The Querying Data article has more information on specifying GetThings filters.
