I would like to use the task scheduler to run a batch script if a certain program starts. I want my script, which is syncing music between my smartphone and my pc, to start about 10 to 20 seconds after my smartphone companion program starts because by then my file system is available and my script can access my music. The problem I don't find solution that would allow a program as trigger.
