installed updated java doesnt seem working correctly in all browser, im using win8.1.  everytime i download a picture in one website there is always this "unable to download" message.  what do you think is the problem here?

Is java enable in your browser? If not please enable java in you web browser. You could look into the following steps to enable java.

Internet Explorer

1。单击工具，然后单击Internet选项

1. Click Tools and then Internet Options
2. Select the Security tab, and select the Custom Level button
