Can I develop WCE7 applications with VS2015? It is not clear as far as I have found.  Some say 2008, and some say 2008+.

When we were investigating whether to go for WCE7 and WEC2013 we decided to go for WEC2013 becasue it supported more modern development tools (VS2012 and up). If you want to develop applications for WCE7, you will need VS2008.
