In brief, the first suggests that memory usage is high on your system, and the second suggests that because of this memory is being paged (written to physical disk as opposed to RAM) . To resolve you need to try and identify the application using the memory and resolve why it is using the memory. If the usage is legitimate you may need to add RAM to your system. The above link explains in more detail.
