I can not see any option to propagate dns records for existing websites, when there is a change. It could be ip change, or new value must be added or anything that needs to be propagated... So created a feature request:  http://websitepanel.codeplex.com/workitem/270

I am not sure if I get your point correctly.

But, you can change IP address for the existing websites as well as you can update DNS records for the existing websites from the WebsitePanel.
