I am trying to fetch all users who have permissions on a share mailbox on office 365.

Is there an API to do the same. I am able to fetch members of normal groups but not from share mail box.

Permissions are different from Group Membership, to Access Mailbox Permissions the only thing you can use in the Exchange Management Shell which you can execute vai Managed code eg https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/ff326159(EXCHG.140).aspx

So you will need to use Get-MailboxPermission to do that
