CWE实际上只是一个嵌入式iframe，所以从技术上讲，几乎可以加载任何网页但请注意，它已经过测试，不支持加载Silverlight应用程序，并且在iframe正确加载特定类型的网站时会出现一些问题。

因此它主要起作用，但使用风险自负。

Am integrating Lync Client inside my application & am adding Console Window Extension (CWE) to Lync Client. From resources i came to know that if we want to add Console Window Extension (CWE) in Lync Client than that should be Silverlight application. Is it possible to develop Console Window Extension (CWE) in Web Form  & is it possible to add this web application as Console Window Extension (CWE) in Lync Client???

 

解决方案

CWE is really just an embedded iframe, so technically it is possible to load pretty much any webpage into it.

Note however that it was tested against loading Silverlight apps, and there are some issues that have been seen with specific kinds of sites getting loaded in that iframe correctly.

So it would mostly work, but use at your own risk.
