I have developed an Application which convert an audio file to text file but my problem is that it only converts files which are in US accent.

You have to have the user go through the speech to text training. By default Windows is trained to the en-US common voice, if you want to use it in another accent, you will have to run through the training wizard 5 or 6 times for better STT results.

I don't think you need to adapt your accent to that spoken in various parts of the US or UK (note that the accents used in the UK and US differ considerably, and accents within the various US states are not all that homogenious either). I guess the trick is to correctly pronounce individual words (those would have to be the same or similar irrespective of your core accent).
