I can't open files in my Expression web 4 program and I wonder why. I've got this message when I try:

The message means that a lock file is in a state where it won't let you modify it.  Delete it, then try again

顺便说一下，如果你正在现场编辑你的网站，这是不好的做法。 您应该在PC上编辑本地副本，然后将更改发布到您的实际网站。

By the way, if you are editing your site live, that is bad practice.  You should edit a local copy on your PC, then publish changes to your live site.
