is there no longer a summary property with LS? I see DisplayName in the Table Designer, but I do not see a Summary Property anymore. What is LS going to use for MyInstance.ToString() from now on?

The summary property is still there - you just have to switch to the client perspective by clicking on the client tab below the table designer:
