The tiles of Windows 8.1 apps when running on Windows 8.1/Windows Phone 8.1 are just fine, but, when running on Windows 10 PC or Mobile, the logo animates and constantly disappears ands reappears even if there is no back info.

Please note that we can not even disable live tile animation in Windows 10 Mobile.

This issue is very annoying. Can you please, App Studio team, auto disable tile animation if there's no tile info in Iconic tile?
