I use random websites that use silverlight. Every single time I am on a website utilizing silverlight it asks me to download it.

Please explain why it continues to ask for silverlight when it is already downloaded. Every website that uses your software asks for it but it is already downloaded. It even asks after I download it again immediately prior to trying to use it.
