I hadn't use that application, however, when I have had corrupt dbf, I had been able to fix them by:

1. 使用VFP 6打开表格
2. 插入和删除记录
3. 打包dbf

If you prefer to do it via VFP 8 or 9 (I hadnt try it)

1. SET TABLEVALIDATE TO 0
2. 打开表格 
3. SET TABLEVALIDATE TO （恢复）
