这里的下拉值应该有复选框....其中这个复选框应该从数据库填充



如果我选择多个复选框它应该去，并显示在下拉列表中以后它应该保存在dropdwonlist中？

here the dropdown value should have checkbox ....wherein this checkbox should filled from database

if i select mulitple checkbox it should go and display in dropdownlist and later it should get saved in dropdwonlist?
