Any other tool does the same like ReSharper?

I used Resharper trail version and its just amazing to support programming but its too expansive buy.

Well, there is also CodeRush from DevExpress, which offers similar functionality and is often compared to ReSharper. But it also comes with price, which is close to price for RS.
If you work for company that has some types of DX subscriptions (you can google site - as I said, not to advertise), you will get CodeRush for free - on my previous place of work I use to have it.

About ReSharper - as far as I know, there are different types of licenses, maybe you can apply to academic or even open source; or C# (Vb) license (not Full edition) will be OK for you - than you will get it cheaper.

Also there are Visual Studio Productivity Power Tools - which are free of charge and you can install them via VS extensions gallery. Of course, they are far away from commercial products mentioned above, but they helped me with my code couple of times.

I don't think there's any freeware/open-source Visual Studio Tools/Extensions that come anywhere close to matching the rather amazing range, and depth, of features of products like CodeSmart (AxTools), ReSharper (JetBrains), JustCode (Telerik), CodeRush (DevExpress), or the specialty tools from RedGate (ANTS, Reflector, .NET Demon).

But, if you focus on one or two specific features of programs like ReSharper that you really want, I think it's possible that if you search the Visual Studio Tool Gallery, you might find something free/open-source that you can use: [^].

If you are a certified student, you might research ... or, write to ... the companies selling the commercial products to see if they have student discounts.

This is my personal opinion. I have not tried this Tool.
But I have seen how it's help others in programming. My colleagues have shown me the usefulness.
And it is really awesome. It has some great features. It also minimizes the codes like it converts for each loops to equivalent LINQ.

Saying the above, I will not forget to mention something that it slows down Visual Studio. All of them complain that it slows down the process and I have also felt that while working on their machines. While I write some code, I can easily see that it tries to process something on it and sometimes it hangs for minutes which irritates me.

My company provides this tool if employee demands it. So, I would suggest you to do the same if you are working for a company and you really need the tool. Otherwise, think of it twice before purchasing because the latest version of Visual Studio is integrated with such tools already which sharpens the code for you.
