Hi,

Every time I try to use the button "Save to My Learning" (e.g. to add a learning plan) I get message "An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later.".

Any ideas why that happens?

Have you tried this across different browsers to see if it will work?  If it works in another browser, I would say you need to clear your cache and cookies.  Also... I believe that the MVA (which from your post it sounds like this is to what you are referring) uses javascript, so this may be something to check also.

Additionally, are you trying this from the same network?  Perhaps something is being blocked and you could try the same tasks from another network, such as your home or maybe a coffee shop with WiFi.

Just some thoughts.
