First to admit: before contacting you I have had contacts with at least dozen of Microsoft's phone-support-people playing ping-pong with me from one person to another and anybody not having a clue even what Win Embedded is and even less to be able to help me..so you can understand how desperate I am ...

I have downloaded Win Embedded 8 Standard Toolkit and "64-bit bootable IBW" image, along with online trial key, but this trial key is not accepted at very beginning of IBW installation process so cannot proceed  further.

IS THERE ANY COMPETENT PERSON IN MICROSOFT THAT I CAN TURN TO WITH THIS ISSUE OR WHAT COULD I DO.
