I have an application that uses HttpListener to host webservices in a windows application. I want to host these webservices on http://pcname:8081/ on a useraccount that does not have Administrator priviliges. I came to the conclusion i get an Access Denied error and started searching for a solution. I found that httpcfg should be able to do what i want.
