After having had to delete my notification hub and recreate it just to get message sending working, I received a total of 1 notification.

Now it drops every one of them, even if I restart the phone and it says that a message was successfully sent, it doesn't get raised in the event like it did the first time.

I have it working again now, I had been trying to register a background task and that was still registered even though it wasn't working, so I unregistered it now the messages get delivered.
