Hello. I have a query about following. I have to develop a winform application which will run on windows xp and later versions i.e. windows 7 etc. Is it right to use visual studio 2012? Which .net framework should be used in visual studio to run this application on winxp and later OS? I also want to use RDLC report in the same application. So plz suggest proper prerequisites. That are: Which Visual studio,.net framework, rdlc version,sql server. etc. But i want to use visual studio 2012 or 2010 or 2013. Please answer....
Basically 2010 will be better for you bcs visual studio 2012 Doesn't run on XP
but if you can afford the requirements for 2012 I will Always Suggest you to use latest Version Of Visual Studio
