Indeed, all the news related to Kinect and UWP point to the anniversary update...

But at the same time they talk about a new UWP ready driver, and a future SDK for skeleton tracking to be released later.

My understanding was that the new Kinect driver would be distributed along with the anniversary update, so even if we did not have the skeleton, we would at least be able to access the image streams and windows hello.
