When I tried to install the BizTalk 2016 on a Windows Server 2012R2, all components in the "Component Installation" screen of the installation wizard are greyed out.

The "Documentation" has becoming available after I've installed .net framework 4.6 or 4.6.1. The windows server already has .net framework 4.5.2. This is really strange to be and I see it for the 1st time.

Can anyone tell me what I've missed in the environment? I've been busy with it for the past 2 days. All windows updates can only be done manually.
