I have a Windows server 2008 R2 standard (64 bit OS) machine on which Commerce Server 2009 r2 is installed .

I installed windows sharepoint services  and configured the share point storefront site in Sharepoint 2010.

For the business data you can use Staging or export/import the catalog data.

Did you mean SharePoint Foundation rather than SharePoint Services? You will have to install this and the storefront site on the test environment machine.

SharePoint Foundation does not have content management or content deployment, but you can use backup and restore (import/export) to move sites and site collections from one machine to another.
