解决方案

I am using ms excel 2016 pro 32 bit version. when i want to use additional controls in userform, the additional control dialog box doesn't appears 

解决方案

Are you right clicking on a blank part of the Toolbox? If so, you should see a popup like the first snippet below and after selecting Additional controls then a list of available controls with check boxes should appear like the second snippet.

If not getting the popups then maybe you need to repair Office.
