The same executable would start without that warning from any existing folder, of course.


Summary of observations:

The security settings (permissions, owner, etc.) for all folders, affeced and unaffected, are the same.

I also checked if there is some ADS (data stream ... obviously named "Zone.Identifier" ?) for those "bad folders" (with "DIR /AD /R" or with Systernals "streams"), but there is none both for all affected and unaffected folders and also for the contained files (... but I'm not sure if data streams would be displayed maybe only for files and not for folders anyway ...)

And of course I already did a reset of all Internet/Internet Explorer settings (to be sure that the relevant zone seetings are not corrupt).


As some (temporary) workaround I added below registry setting

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Policies\Associations]

" LowRiskFileTypes" =" .bat; .cmd; .exe; .com; .reg;"

...但说实话，我实际上不愿意将这些（危险的）权限作为永久解决方案来使用。




所以我的问题：
