My workflows in BPMN used to work fine but ever since the network was upgraded at the offic,e they cannot changed in the way I would like to. The floating menu when right-clicking a shape object does not display all of the BPMN specific menu options that I usually get. Menu options like Tasktype, Loop, Activity Type aren't available and my IT-department does have a clue other than it may be caused by the network upgrade. My Visio workflows now have become quite useless because they cannot be changed when a business process does.

We have already checked the file locations of the stencils in the Options menu. Is there perhaps a way to restore this?

Please try the following steps to confirm if the issue is related to the specific BPMN files or the Menu function in Visio app itself:

点击文件>在Visio中新增，选择BPMN Diagram，选择Create。 

Click File > New in Visio, select BPMN Diagram, select Create.

Drag and drop a Task shape, right-click it and confirm if the Menu options such as Task type, Loop, Activity Type are available or not.
