I have my web page in Microsoft Expressions hosted on Earthlink.  It is a large web page (they say over 300MB).  It has been working fine and now all of sudden they say that Microsoft limits the size of a web page to only 50MB so I can no longer upload my changes.  Earthlink says it is not them, that Microsoft limits the size to 50mb.

You are not talking to Microsoft.  You are talking to Expression Web users, most of whom left Front Page Server Extensions behind (if they ever used them), when Microsoft dropped support for them years ago.   Why not use FTP?

I will point out that if you are saying that you have previously been uploading a 300MB page via FrontPage Server Extensions, and it has worked, rather obviously it's EarthLink, not Microsoft, that has decided to now limit your page size.

By the way, if you really have one web page that is 300MB in size, that's a real problem for your users.  It would be very slow.  You might not realize how slow, since you'd already have cached versions of images, etc. on your PC from earlier visits to the page as it grew in size.
