i am using same code here but OnCategoryInstanceAdded event not fire. I am using

AllowedAuthenticationModes = UCC_AUTHENTICATION_MODES.UCCAM_DIGEST和UCC_TRANSPORT_MODE.UCCTM_TCP。我不知道问题出在哪里

I don't think that the OCS server supports using digest authentication.  You should be using UCCAM_KERBEROS and/or UCCAM_NTLM.  You should also use UCCTM_TLS for security reasons.
