I am facing issue in installing Enterprise Mobile Code sign certificate. I followed bellow steps to install it but I couldn't able to succeed. Please let me know where I went wrong

 2.  When we click on the Symantec link for Code Signing Certificate, it throws error saying that "Your certificate cannot be installed. Either it has already been installed or you have removed your private key", though in the next step after clicking the "OK" button, the message "Certificate installation complete. Please view your browser's certificate store to ensure installation was successful. " was displayed. But, we haven't seen the certificate in the store.

A lot of times when you are enrolling for a certificate for Microsoft the private key is being created in the browser on the back end. This means that when you are picking up the certificate you have to pick it up on the browser that you used for enrollment. if not then you usually get an error like that.

If you are picking up the certificate on the same browser that was used for enrollment then something might of happened with the private key. If that happens then you have to replace the certificate.
