I'm using TFS 2017 on premises update 1. I'd like to know what is the default connection timeout of TFS/IIS for http requests in order to properly manage the timeout of reverse proxy (the timeout of reverse proxy must obviously be greater than the timeout of TFS/IIS). There is a connection time out setting in IIS manager for TFS website, please check the screenshot below:

Regarding other timeout, it depends on the client tool that you use. For example, if you use Visual Studio to work with TFS, you could set timeout for Visual Studio. The way to set timeout for VS, you can refer to the case below:
