Hey, i want to submit an app studio generated app into the app store. as far i know to submit any app on WP app store there is no option to reserve app name but it is showing that i cannot download my publish package without doing so.

You have an option to reserve the names on Windows Store.If you create application information on Windows Store that means it is reserved for you though it is not submitted. Attaching the screenshot below for that. Same thing can be done with Windows Phone app studio by using your developer account. If you save it with some name, it will be reserved for you.
