I'm having the same problem that others have talked about for a few days.  It has struck both my computers since they went through a MS update. I need to use Silverlight to operate my medical records program. However since yesterday I get a prompt on my browser, after I activate my EMR, and it instructs me to download the new version of Silverlight. When I do and start the installation, it won't allow it to operate, saying the same version of Silverlight is already installed. I have tried uninstalling it and then re-installing it. I have tried it on several browsers, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Dolphin and it get the same problem.  I have gone through a diagnostic to see if the Silverlight is corrupted.

It seems to be a problem between the MS update and Silverlight.  I need this to work NOW.
