提供权限的用户之一无法使用电子邮件链接选项，如下所示。我可以使用该选项。请让我知道它为什么会发生。请参阅以下屏幕截图 

one of the user who has contribute permissions is not able to use email link option as below. I am able to use that option. please let me know why it is happening. Please refer below screenshot

选择一个文件（不要选择文件夹，设计师通过电子邮件发送链接不适用于文件夹），是否发送电子邮件
文档标签下的链接是否显示？

尝试使用其他浏览器并比较结果。 

Try to use another browser and compare the results. 

尝试分配无法使用
通过电子邮件发送一个链接选项  ，可以完全控制网站并比较结果。 

Try to assign the user who cannot use email a link option with full control on the site and compare the results.
