When i publish my application in Windows Store, the following error occurs Package acceptance validation error: You don't have permissions to specify the following namespaces in the appx manifest file of the package CordovaApp.Windows10_11.0.0.0_ARM.appx: http://schemas.microsoft.com/appx/manifest/foundation/windows10/restrictedcapabilities

Hi Rini,

You might refer to the special and restricted capabilities are intended for very specific scenarios. The use of these capabilities is highly restricted and subject to additional Store onboarding policy and review.

However, it seems no one may request access to the phoneCallHistory capability for Store submission:

So you might need to delete the capability in order to pass the Store certification. 

If you still need to consult for more details, please contact Dev Center support through your developer account.
