I have submitted my app (it was published a week ago), and after that successfully reserved a new name for it in the second language (which is supported in the package).

The new name has the status "Reserved...", and I don't know how to make it available in Windows Store (for example, when someone searches for it).

When you want to offer your app in the second language and want to use different name, you can click Add/remove languages in the Store listing section of your new submission.

Then you can add a language supported in packages and complete the Store listing of it: In the detailed page of second language, you can choose a new name you have reserved before:

After your submission passes certification, the Store of that region will offer your app in the name you reset.
