We would like to develop sync application for Android using MS Sync Framework and Azure Cloud Storage. But not able to find out any toolkit or help for the same.

Well First you need the Sync 4.0 Code that will be released later this month, Then I believe you should be able to look at the documentation and the iPhone example and then create the http post and request that are in the iPhone example to pass the Json back and forth. But im not a driod developer but thats where I would start.
