I have a VS Ultimate MSDN subscription, which is supposed to give me a 2 business day turnaround time on forum questions.

I asked a question the other day and got a response within the 2 day window, but they obviously didn't read my question carefully enough and gave me some useless feedback.

I answered with a clarification but I haven't heard back, and it has been more than 2 more business days since then. This is quite an urgent matter for me.

How does one follow-up on these urgent matters? I do not feel that getting a useless reply within 2 business days and then nothing else is in the spirit of the 2 day turnaround priority time.
