I've 2 # sites with their DNS servers (1st site have NS1 and NS2.domain.com and 2nd site have NS3 / NS4.domain.com)

The hosting plan for 2nd site has been updated but the hosting spaces for existing customer pointing to ns1 and ns2 dns servers how i can update this information ?

Unfortunately there is no any kinda "automated" way to introduce that change for existing DNS zones unless you do it manually for an every zone. But, name servers change will affect new zones being created.
