Our application uses Visio custom shapes for building custom drawings in Visio. The shape data fetched from database is used to drop shapes on the Visio drawing. We are finding a problem when saving a barchart (that was created by dropping shapes using object model from database) in vsdm format. We display all the shapes data in a view and we use Page.GetResults() method to fetch the shapes. The Visio routine Page.GetResults() is throwing Out of Memory error. The same routine works fine when the Visio drawing is in vsdx format. We are using Visio 2013. Can anyone suggest any solution?
