Hi there, I was redirected from the Lync 2013 Interoperability forum and hoping you could help me.

Is there a way of using click to dial function in Lync 2013 with a Microsoft access database? We have a customer and contact database with with phone information that would be very handy to click and have Lync dial the number automatically. Is there an add-in or library that Lync would need to talk to Access? As it’s an MS product and not a completely separate 3rd party application, I thought it should be relatively easy with a bit of coding but I’m not exactly sure what it needs.
