Hello Everybody:

I got my Windows Vista Ultimate computer running, well, good. My operating system is in English, since I rather prefer to work in this language for support and update matters. I recently installed Office 2007 Enterprise edition in Spanish, and I was hoping to see a preview of my documents created using the Documents Explorer.

I already activated the Preview Pane in the Document Explorer, by selecting Organize->Layout->Preview Pane.

The funny thing here is that the Reading Pane doesn't appear listed in the Layout menu. Also, I can't see any of my Office 2007 Documents in the preview pane.

I already installed, in another computer, both Vista and Office in Spanish, Vista and Office in English, and have the same result. I must say that I have a TechNet Plus and a MSDN Universal subscription, and used the media disks that came with them along.

Is there any work around or fix to this issue?

I have been having the same problem too.  I am running Vista Home Premium and was running Office 12 Beta.  After uninstalling Office 12 Beta and installing Office Professional Plus, I can no longer preview any files in the preview pane.
