Your "Related Topic" is irrelevant because it is referring to Windows Mobile.  Windows Phone is completely different and unrelated to Windows Mobile.

There is no support for transferring your phone's display to your PC in real time.  Videos of phone apps are usually taken by running the app in the emulator and using a PC screen capture tool to capture the emulator window.
