1) Is the Content Moderator Service down?
2) Why everything is showing as working properly on this page?

3) If I wish to open a support request ticket from the Azure Portal, and I select Issue Type as Technical, then what "Service" type should I select? It doesn't show "Content Moderator" or "Cognitive Services" in that dropdown..
