I am running Windows IoT Core 10.0.17763.1 on a Raspberry Pi 3. Every time a USB keyboard is plugged in, the on-screen keyboard will pop up. This happens regardless of the on-screen keyboard setting in the Device Portal. How can i disable this?

I can reproduce this issue on 17763 with Raspberry Pi 3 but 17134.345 don't have this issue.

There is a workaround maybe you can have a try. That is removing on-screen keyboard feature in customer image if you don't need it.
