I have an existing Windows 10 Universal application that is submitted to the Windows 10 store and it is live.

I am developing a Classic Win32 application that is somewhat related but not exactly the same as what is currently in the store and plan to deploy it to the Windows 10 store using the DesktopAppConverter application to generate an APPX file. The existing app is going to go away and be replaced by this new Classic Win32 app.

What I can make sure is that if you have published your existing app with appxbundle, you're not able to go back to non-appxbundle format. Then you'd better reserve a new app name in Dev Center and submit the appx under the new app name.
