确认用户帐户有足够的DB权限。

尝试将帐户设置为网站集管理员。

Hi All,

I'm trying to set up a dev environment for Sharepoint 2013 using Visual Studio 2017.  I've set up two hyper-v virtual machines - one for AD and another with Sharepoint 2013 and SQL 2012.

Anyone able to get this to work?  I installed VS 2017 on the sharepoint server.  I've tried all kinds of combinations but I can't get it to let me deploy a basic Sharepoint Add-in.  I log into the server with a farm admin account that's also in the local administrators group. I get errors about needing admin rights but if I open VS as administrator then it gives me an error about how my system user account must have admin privileges or one about the system account cannot perform this action.

Appreciate anyone's help on this!!

Hi,

Confirm the user account has enough permission for DB.

Try to set the account as site collection administrator.

If you need develop add-in solution, you need configure add-in environment first.
